How did you come to that conclusion? What does having the ability to modify a console and download games instead of spending hard earned cash on them, have to do with the apparent inept ability of a gamer?

All of the modders I have played against are just horrible gamers in all aspects. It's nothing special to mod a console. You can take it to your local 12 year old and they can do it in 30min. If you can't afford a 60$ game then you should be focusing on irl problems lol.

Maybe that's why they download games? Not everyone can afford to spend that amount of money on new games. Some people have families or other commitments and can't afford them. I'm not excusing them, but everyone's life is different.

I bet you download music illegally. TV shows too? What about movies? I can almost guarantee that everyone on this forum INCLUDING the devs of this game, download things illegally. It would be hypocritical for anyone to say they don't or haven't.

theres modders and theres your typical normal people who pirate both are diffrent
example:
modders mostly = jtag/rgh running unsigned code
pirates are guys with flashed xboxs who can burn games but cant run unsigned code
theres a diffrence your statments flawed as some of the best gamers online will pirate games your statment doesnt make sense as piracy is heavily ruted in all our culture like old/young white/black/mexican man/women pro gamers/ poor gamers

You are giving out excuses. Should the game industry suffer for people who are irresponsible and start families to soon or think its cool to pirate? Sure I pirated when I was younger but I've learned not to be a leech and cough up 1$ for a song or 14$ for a album. Do you realize how long a game takes to develop to just then be taken for free? Why would I need to download tv shows or movies when I have Hulu and Netflix both things I pay for lol.
