It's funny that we support the developers of our favorite games by actually paying for them? I realize in your head the world revolves around you, same goes for all pirates, but out here the devs are real people with families that would enjoy getting paid for years of time and energy they put into the game for us. Personal opinion keep pirating and raising prices for all the true loyal fans, I realize that one more person saying "piracy is bad" on a forum won't help any.

2. Someone who pirates as a sort of a trial for the game, "Try before you buy".
3. Someone who is poor and can't afford many games but wants to play many of the games out there but still buy the game when they can.

Actually you go to any store anywhere and you are unable to buy 2nd hand or trade in any ONLINE MMO's at all.

Tis true perhaps I was a little rash saying all pirates lol. However it bothers me when someone wants to laugh at people for paying for a game. I however keep my opinion. It is wrong regardless, but at least some use out as a demo (an illegal one but thats splitting hairs).

Pirating is great, modded xbox for 5 years now, no ban. Don't plan on having it banned. Who cares about "morals" and "ethics" It's all about the "Benjamins" No one from xbox live is going to know you bought the game legitly or not. It's not like you are going to have the word pirate above your head. If you say im pathetic for pirating the game, you're the pathetic one for spending $60 on it, i spent $2 on it. Who loses here? I never said pathetic I don't throw out insults with my opinions because they would be lessened. The devs lose here obviously, but like I said originally my posts won't change how people decide to "obtain" a game the game. If that modded box works for you then cheers....
