    Yea, they never send out as a gift on the REWARD 2 UNLOCKED when it was unlocked that day? They send out the gift today when Reward 3 was 90% +/-. Hinting the reward bar isn't sync in real time.

    Why wouldn't they? If the game would never reach the unlock for the third tier then you would still get the 2nd reward anyhow.
