Except that it's not just a display issue. I am stuck at level 12 and did not get the email. If it were just a display issue on that page, I should have received the email.

Not if the email is related to the my ego page in which case it would not work neither. I never got an email regardless even though I have it all unlocked, even on the my ego page. Also there's a trion post saying pretty much the same if you look for it.

If it's a mere "display" issue on that page, it would have no bearing on the email being sent.

Spoke with a GM, obviously they know its an issue and are working on it, i was assured that i will be credited the rewards when its resolved.

Out of curiosity how many people that received emails played beta and/or already have a linked account...more than likely on pc.... I was told that may be part of the issue is that once i link my game (ps3 for me) it will work.

I do not have the level increase shown on the account transaction page, nor have i received an email that ive gotten VBI Operative.

Well, I input all 133 codes in one go, and didnt notice that it had only unlocked to level 12 until afterwards and I havent got the emails for level 13,14,15

In my "my transactions" page, all 133 codes i entered are listed, but the last "digital purchase" code I have is for DEFIANCE_ARK_HUNTER_LEVEL_12

13, 14 and 15 have not unlocked on my "my transactions" page either by the look of it

there are actually 133 codes to try (see list below) so plenty of spare ones you can input

Then you're in the same boat as Wookie. You can either wait until support resolves the issue and be credited the missing rewards, or hope someone finds some of the additional 17 arkfall codes that supposedly exist.

I have an issue...

I checked my trasaction history, and i've entered 69 codes it says (which is correct) but only has digital purchases (my level increase) up to level 5, then after that its stopped. So the codes have carried on being processed yet my level cap has stuck at 5.

Any ideas?

I myself entered all 133 current codes and am still stuck at level 13. Transaction history shows all, and last level was indeed 13.
Can't wait to find out that my pre-order through Trion including the dlc is screwed as well.
Not a very good start.
