you know what's just straight sad? there's always someone like you posting crap like this, but whenever i call them out and pull them into the games that have been around for 15 years with the type of open world pvp anytime gameplay you think you want, they rage quit.
you are not ready for such a game. a game where i can kill you at any time and loot your corpse. a game where when i kill you, you can actually lose experience and a level. because those are real pvp games.
you simply want an easy, no-consequences way of killing another player because you are unable to communicate with words.
Well, looks like you found the quote button, next time post a link instead of that mess.
Did you even read what I wrote? Specs are not what makes/sells a system. the NES continued to outsell Turbografx 16 back in the day, despite its "inferior" hardware.
Just because a new console a year away has good specs, doesn't mean every game developer will just stop making PC games
If you had played EVE, a specifically cut-throught and complicated game it is nickname refers to spreadsheets... the learning curve for the game is infamous. there is 1 server and no rules, and griefing is part of the game's design. All the things you have to manage at any given time a console wouldn't offer those options because of its limitations...
wow. 32mb gpu. color me impressed.
i suggest you watch a few of the alpha dev videos of the xbox client. how many times the out of memory red band popped up while they were playing
32mb with 8gb ram on an 8 core 1.6ghz processor. that's more powerful than my i7 3.2ghz, 4gb DDR3 GTX 680 and 16gb DDR3?

The reason Console gaming continues to thrive and the reason console life spans continue to be extended is the ability of the designers to continuously make quality games.
PC gaming is perfectly fine (as console gaming is) but very VERY few people can afford to drop 500/1,000 bucks every 4/6 months on new items for their PC. If you can that is great but it's rare. Console having the parameters set up allow game designers to function with quality over flashy graphics.
The biggest reason I'm getting Defiance on PS3 and not PC is A) I know there will be people cheating with overlays and B) I'm gonna come home @ night and chill in my chair playing Defiance on my big screen TV.
I really don't like how people have made the PC the center of their universe today.
not sure why you added eve online to my quote. there isn't another 100% sandbox game anywhere in existence. eve is it. others have some sandbox elements, but then have things like npc vendors.
eve is the only 100% sandbox game, where even just buying and selling vendor trash is a pvp event.
