what ive been saying is pc is moving to console platform and with controller and ppl at e3 even said it and will be coded so they cant be played on regular pcs thts what I was saying and was asked for proof and I put it up to prove it jus seems like ppl getting mad cuz they put all there money in a pc and it wont work with future games and they don't wanna accept it jus like console get changed out every few years ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY to the makers of games

and i love your entirely false line of 'people put all there money in a pc and it won't work with future games'. it will work, you may not get the best graphics but it will still look better than anything on a console

oh and the pc is still the most backwards compatible gaming platform out there. i have mechwarrior 2 on my system right now, played 2 hours of it last night. google it.

i built my computer for bf3 over a year and a half ago. it originally had a gtx 590 but i replace that with a gtx 680. this is actually a DOWNGRADE in performance but i wanted less power consumption. guess what? defiance beta ran at 60 fps for me and when in windowed mode while using a dv-i cable, 118 fps.

being a console kiddie i don't imagine you would know how freeing it is to play a shooter at such high framerates.

The reason Console gaming continues to thrive and the reason console life spans continue to be extended is the ability of the designers to continuously make quality games.

PC gaming is perfectly fine (as console gaming is) but very VERY few people can afford to drop 500/1,000 bucks every 4/6 months on new items for their PC. If you can that is great but it's rare. Console having the parameters set up allow game designers to function with quality over flashy graphics.

The biggest reason I'm getting Defiance on PS3 and not PC is A) I know there will be people cheating with overlays and B) I'm gonna come home @ night and chill in my chair playing Defiance on my big screen TV.

I really don't like how people have made the PC the center of their universe today.

500/1,000 every 4-6 months? Come on now you're stretching it. I don't see why someone else making a PC "the center of their universe" upsets you. To some it's a hobby (working with their PCs) to others it's just having something nice to game on not sure why you wouldn't like this or why you even care.

lmao never said consoles have awesome graphics but from what they are saying about the pc consoles that all new games that will be coded and not be able to play on a regular pc, my guess its so they can sell the consoles and to that that lots of game developers are signing on to do so, im sure they'll get a kick back for doing it

You're wrong, very wrong. The PC market share is huge, and will remain so. Nobody is getting mad because they've put money in their PC, they're getting frustrated at trying to correct your information.

If it's about the moneymaking, you seem to forget the amount of money that Facebook games bring in, and the games that cannot be played on console because the game it just too complex to ever be run on anything but a PC.

We've offered you proof several times over.

Also, there's no way anyone would code something so that it wouldn't work on a "regular pc without a controller". They wouldn't limit their customer base, it's absurd.
