steam gives you 2 codes.
all other retailers only give you one.
if you didn't buy from steam all you need is ONE code.
if you bought trhough steam you need BOTH codes.
if you bought direct from trion you need NO codes.

Proud Medically retired Army Sniper!.
So how is this going to turn out? Do they want to improve on Sim City with the quality of their launch?
If GM's and customer support contradict each other we're in for quite a show tomorrow.
I just bought the game from G2Play and I have the same issue. Working tomorrow though, so I'll just see if I can let it download while I'm at work. Then hopefully I can have a go in the evening.![]()
I had the same trouble and it didn't work to change my password. But I fixed it by logging into Trion and entering the CD keys into the Apply Code area in the account management section. It fixed the problem and I am currently downloading the game now. Hope this helps you all. I got my pre-order from Steam.
yes folks, you MUST redeem your key(s) on teh trion account page to download the client through the launcher and play.
I have done so. When I try again now I get "We're sorry, but this voucher has already been redeemed". I have put in the game code, along with 120 ArkHunter codes. Still no cigar though, I still cannot preload the game.
i also bought from g2play and have both preloaded and verfied with trion cs that i'm good to go.
anyways, did you verify your email in your trion account page? set up security questions?
otherwise some people are still having issues with getting access. try trion live chat support today to check on the status of your launcher access.
my guildie bought direct from trion and he has to get support because he has no access and forgot his secruity questions.
Yes, I have verified my email, set up security questions, tried the password reset and newsletter tricks, ... I don't really mind so much as I won't be home durig the day tomorrow, but I'd like the game to be installed and ready to rock when I get home in the evening. xD
