And it seems to be across all the platforms that support Defiance, cause there are posts being made in the X-Box and PS3 forms about servers being dow.

Yeah of course this happens right at the end of a major arkfall and i dont get credit. Starting to get sick and tired of the bugs and crashes. I could understand if this was beta but now its starting to get rediculous.

yes same issue here I will be on and than get a message that Defiance is not available or get back in and my Charc. is not there.
