Yeah tought about this alsoHow will they know we are viable for the cap and the box? A code is needed to upgrade on Trion site, BUT we actually havent gotten a code yet for all the bonus items! So Steam will probably mail or put it in our Storage as they did the Rift:Storm Legion key as soon as they can!
Actually I did not know what season pass was until recently. Most PC games call it expansion packs, not DLC.
I haven't decided if I am getting this game or not yet, I am disappointed that they expect people to spend $90 on a game that isn't released yet. That discount from steam should be a permanent coupon, not a couple days coupon. I find that misleading when they offered it.
I may just stick with GW2. Although I like parts of this game play for something different.
$29.99 for 5 DLC... I'm curious as to how much each DLC will cost post launch. I have played mmos where the DLC comes in the form of a paid expansion any where from $5 to $40 dollars or free patches. I know there is no guarantee that the game will have 5 expansions or how much content will be in each DLC. So I really wondering if the season pass is worth purchasing so early.
For this much money, these PDLCS don't look like they will have much value. I mean how much can 6 bucks really get you? Heck it can cost that much for a dang coffee and I can drink that in 5 mins or less.
This. Im undecided on the Season Pass because I don't know how much the DLC's will be themselves. If they come out and are all 5-10$ each, but half of them are just silly costumes or a new car, or something that isnt going to effect gameplay at all, then I prob wouldnt bother buying them in the first place. If only one or two of the DLC's actually add something that Id want, like new areas to fight in, new weapons that are really good, or the ability to guild vs guild in open world, without having to join a shadow war, well thats all stuff Id want. But all that might be in just 1 DLC that only costs 10-15$, in which case Id just buy that without a discount, and still be paying less then the current discounted one. So I am pretty undecided, wish there was more info about what DLCs there were going to be.
I find myself wondering if I want to buy this too now. I was hoping the discount was a coupon code, not a limited time offer.
I have the money but man.... That is 90 bucks for one game....
Do you get a code to input or what? Cause I have not yet recieved one from steam...
