this I can answer again based upon the beta
you can have Two main ego skills and Nine passive ego
perks equipped. by passive I mean perks like ammo thief and thick skinned.

you can have for example cloak and overcharge.
so you cloak and coming out of cloak use overcharge and kill.
just an example. but in a word, yes.

actually you can only use one ego abilitiy per loadout. so no you cant use cloak and then overcharge unless you change loadouts very fast

Thats not possible, you can unlock them all but only have 1/loadout and you need to go menu to change loadouts

Though this information is relating to the beta client. Not even sure if it's still true for the live game.

This is true. They could turn it around and charge more for perk/ego upgrades when it releases. Although I am hoping it stays the same and they just add additional perks and powers for us to unlock.

DOH! you're right! I guess I used it so often it felt like a power
especally with a cooldown and no limit lol.
