A stamina bar should be the new standard in every FPS, even games like Battlefield and CoD. People will do anything to win at any FPS these days. IMHO: They should remove bunny hopping just because the user doing it looks plain stupid. Like honestly if I ever have to resort to hopping away from someone I will just stop playing lol.

So wait.... people are complaining about jumping now? Out of all the things to complain about in a video game, you're complaining about jumping?... No comment.

Just FYI, jumping is by no means a "noob-move" (do people still say noob anyways? Nuff Said) in any shooter, aside from a few outliers.

"Halo-Jumping" and proper strafing in any CoD wins gunfights. I have a 2.20+ KD and 2.0W/L in every CoD game aside from BO:2 where I have a 0.99W/L.
Jumping in any Halo throws off aim-assist and makes it a lot more difficult for people to 4 shot you with a BR, etc. I've got a 1.5KD in every Halo, aside from Reach where I had a 2.3KD.
BF:BC2 and BF3 are maybe the only exceptions to this statement, but barely. I use a DA:O and flank/strafe and jump. Again, 1.7KD + 1.2W/L in BF:BC, BF:BC2, and BF3.

Please don't post a (troll) thread and start flaming people when they question you on a ridiculous complaint.

what makes you think they didnt have a stamina bar in at first? that they had focus groups and did market research that said that more gamers prefer there not be a stamina bar?

just because a minority of vocal posters think that the game should adhere to your standards of play does not mean that such a product would be profitable for the company, or that the majority of the games purchasers would be ok with it.

it's been interesting watching the ego's of the human race grow like they have over the last 18 years on the internet.

I'm just fascinated that the word, "noob" hasn't died yet.

I'm starting to feel like a minority here... Are there really so few people nowadays who come from the fast-paced arena fps scenes like Quake and Unreal? Or the rocket jumping, action packed levels of Doom and earlier Quake games?

I feel old... Thanks everyone! D: *runs off crying*

Alazi Shijan - Castithan Orphan / Rookie Ark hunter. (NPC for now... Not any more. I totally called Castithans being the first DLC race.) (Work in Progress)
Eryn Zaaka - Irathient Freelance Mercenary (Work in Progress)

Any RP related questions, feel free to fire them my way, though I'm not as active as I once was!

Your ignorance is high. The person jumping around is the one scared of a gun fight.

Do people still say Nuff said?

Posting your KD ratio means absolutely - nothing... And bragging about you using a easymode-from-the-beginning-shotgun in BF3 isnt helping you either. Come back once youve mastered the AEK or AS-VAL.

And yes I do complain about the jumping - it looks absolutely ridiculous. *NUFF SAID*

Also, I would really like for you to show me where I *flame* people? On the other hand, I can show you more than a few posts where I get flamed for writing that I dont like jumpers...

Anyhow - let me show you my battlelogprofile:

Seems to me that I got the better hand here.

When i first got the game i had a little bit of difficulty with dealing with bunny jumpers but then i found a shotgun, and went 15 to 2 K/d ratio.
