would take away from defiance what is defiance. I pvp with a Bad scattergun and i still do good. That is what is cool. Not you have to grind grind to get the best weapons.

Not quite sure I get what you're saying. I for one would love a cloak-less game for a change.

they should do a hardcore pvp map where there are NO ego powers or perks its just skill so theres no cloke shotgunning like 90% of the pvp players use i for one would then play pvp because theres no point at the moment as everyone uses cloke shotgun and its like whats the point in it.

Thats the only way they can kill,what do you expect.No skills,no guts,no balls,no dignity,they got none of this They're scared like a little kid.What they do is cloak then shoot and reload to get 45% boost go behind you cause they're afraid they missed and yes they miss sometimes.

I've been using my canker then blurring and running away, along with a big boomer.

haha because people like u other peoples have too use cloak and shotguns ^^ cloakers with sawed offs piss me off too but when i join freight yard or observatory i just got shot with infection and i even dont know from wher they shoot plus this big infection tubnan make aiming harder so as long as infectors are op/annoying there will be cloakers with sawed offs/other shotguns ^^
my advice dont complain just figure out how too kill them its not hard lol

If that is your attitude you will never get a match. Even with essentially only 4 maps/modes it is difficult to get PvP matches started. Adding another map to that mix will only further divide the limited PvP community and it will also be galling that they add content that people could be interested in but are not pleased with the restrictions.

What is being suggested in the OP is that instead of balancing the game, we rip out what makes the game unique and it is being said with zero foresight. All this mode will accomplish is increasing the number of bunny hopping infectors and detonators especially on consoles. The OP wants a skill based game where the community will go with the cheapest weapon because it has the most rewards.

I just imagine this "hardcore mode". I step in with big boomer and kill slow thinking fools that doesn't notice anything. The only difference from casual PvP would be the name "hardcore mode". Little morons would still complain about everything.

I just want to see some kind of organized pvp. Meaning specialized weapons and gear, specific currency to obtain said gear, a rating system, and rewards for seasonal play and ranking. It would have to be team based, which would in turn form into a stronger community for the game.

I'm not sure what my "attitude" has to do with any of this. Everyone's expressing their own opinion. With the logic that you state, Trion shouldn't add new maps like Military Academy.

And about a "balanced game"... well I also want a billion dollars. Chances of me getting that is as slim as Trion creating a balanced game with PvP and PvE glued at the hip like it is.

op, why dont u play cod the... its got all of those things that you are asking for.

i mean i am all for balance, for exemple i think what guild wars 2 did is a great concept for mmo pvp, but to take away what separates this game from other shooters is a bit extreme to me. i think balance is the way, not just taking away, but like with all mmos balance is not something definite but rather a process that takes time and is never finished.
