Lmao what???? Yes, D&D is considered the creator of the genre dude....look it up. If you're trying to say text based games were...I have to disagree, because once again that's a preexisting character and not one that you created.

No it's the creator of modern RPG. Just as call of duty is seen as the creator of modern fps. Neither were the first.

He'll the first murder mystery game ( RPG ) supposedly was around the late 1800's a good 100 years before dnd made their rules .

Borderlands is based on the Unreal Engine 3, Defiance uses Trions own engine I believe.

I guess I looked at it wrong and they created they own engine that reminds me of borderlands than lol oh well

Admittedly this will probably not be the best MMOTPS possible, but this is a game based on a show on Syfy so we have to give it room to breathe. As an MMO this will only be as good as we make it. If we support it, then Trion will support it.
