So now that I have all 120 in, how do they get applied to my XBL account? Is it some kind of sign in on defiance website deal from the game itself at launch? Kind of like a battlelog for BF3?
yes when you log into the game you get a link code you use that code on the site to link it and get the goodies.
When you launch the game it'll give you a unique code. You need to use that code on the website to link your Xbox to you account, then it's all gravy.

I'm still trying to figure out why, when I go to the site, it has me listed as a lvl 11 with 120 codes. I tried loging out and then back in but that didn't help any.
Took a bit for mine to update as well, but by the next day, all was as it should be

isnt the link code on the back of the booklet that comes with the game? You have to play through the tutorial before you can use the link though.
