where are the bonuses for people who pre ordered through trion instead of steam?

Trion's customer service has stated those who ordered through them won't get the bonus inventory slots. You should do what I'm doing... canceling my Trion order and just order it again through Steam.

What seems crazy to me is that I'd bet Steam gets some cut of the sale, just like any other retailer, and I KNOW Trion is going to loose some of their direct digital order customers over this matter. So rather than give away some in-game items that cost them zero, Trion's willing to upset the loyal customers who ordered directly from them just so their company would get the full purchase price. Seems like a lousy business model to me.

Id say chances are that theyre going to sell way more copies of the game BECAUSE of Steam. Even if Valve takes a cut, trion will probably make more then if they would have, had just sold it by themselves.
