    Yeah at first I even said they were the same in my guide but after people said they noticed a difference I tested them both out. Toxic was 20% radiation was 25%

    Edit: toxic originally was suppose to be a rad/bio combo. So I'm wondering if the lower percentage reflects that and the bio was removed completely

    I thought one was supposed to increase damage done to the target by everyone, and the other is just you?
