I say make the video. As one of the few people who always seems to run into you and die (always, I suck at pvp). It would very interesting to see how some of the better pvpers play.
I've got to ask, what is your perk setup and shield? I thought I had you dead a few times tonight and boom, half health. Then i'd watch you blur off, circle and kill me. I think the last time I just said screw it and figured it was easier to res than prolong the inevitable.
Also, is there some giant target on my head? I had a couple people tonight come in to attack and every time there'd be at least four of us there but I was always first. Trying to get defense kills is kinda hard when you are target number one every single time.
Tachyon regenerator (Would love a rhino regenerator with syphon resist-I like Rhino over ironclad personally) - all defensive perks except for reload speed on shield down, crit damage on shield down, and gain shield on crit kill. My philosophy... the sniper that I have does not need damage perks to one shot people, therefore go for perks that will A help me live longer, and B support my close range fighting.
Chances are you were being baited. Your team waited in the shadows till someone showed up, you were the only one out in the open.
heh, I'd have felt a lot better if it had been a Rhino. Granted, 45% reduction (I'm always behind you it seems) does tend to nerf a Courier. Just going to have to learn to come from the side / front.
And yeah, my team must have hated me. The match after was a much more satisfying positive k/d ratio.
I don't play PvP much, I don't know who's hacking and I really don't much care. But I do know that in ME3 the premier headshot guy, Jay something, swore up and down he didn't use hacks or aimbots, he made videos to prove it and the videos looked good. But he eventually got caught using an aimbot and got banned from the game.
The point I'm trying to make is it's pointless to show videos, if you're using an aimbot or a hack you're probably smart enough to set it to miss occasionally. If you're not hacking and just really are that skilled, lesser skilled players will look at your videos and not believe you could be that good without cheating.
Just play the game and don't worry about it.
This.
In my former hey day years playing Counter Strike I used get some hackusations.
Eventually I got fed up and installed some hacks since I was curious and figured I was getting accused for it already.
My hackusations disappeared afterwards.
Since if you're good enough to receive hackusations from the start, you know how to play with the hacks to avoid being caught.
I got sick of playing in fear of getting caught and deliberately gimping myself and uninstalled them.
Without them, I could just play my best without worrying about getting caught and the hackusations started occuring again.
Videos - even with the world clock thing - will never stop hackusations.
Some ppl will call hax because they want to be blind to their lower level of skill.
No amount of video evidence will convince them.
Like you said Decimas - it's good to do it for your friends and fans and the PvP community.
I presume racking up 40+ kills is pretty fun but pretty sure you'll agree it's more fun to sacrifice number of kills because each kill was harder.
In my mind, doesn't matter what the scoreboard says, you're always worth at least 3 kills.
If I kill you, I just saved 3 of my guys.
