Okay, I have the answer! When you purchase the DLC, your "entitlement" to access that DLC will be associated with your gamertag. As such, only that gamertag will be able to access the paid parts of the DLC. The PC/PS3/360 DLC entitlements are also per-platform, meaning if you purchase it on PC, you'll need to purchase it on 360 as well if you want to play it there.

That should have been mentioned in the text on the season pass. Because that's different from the licensing scheme used on every other piece of Xbox 360 DLC.

that is because THIS game requires you to have your system linked to your Trion account for most things and better ingame help.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. My preorder codes are linked to my account and console yet I still have access to them on my other system with my other gamertags.

Hope is gone, it will take hours to download then probably crash repeatedly to which the devs will add a "tough luck" message at the patching screen... They've done it before and most of it on more than one occasion...

Well it is called as dlc since it isnt in the released retail version of the game... It may be dlc but it is by far no expansion pack
