Help mystery wxp roll !

So i just rolled my new wolfhound and its one i have never seen before.

+30% fire rate for 5 seconds after....

then next line is unreadable can anyone help me out?

If you have mods on it just go into salvage matrix and select "remove mods". Don't actually do it but then you can scroll downwards and look at the exp roll. Just found this out from a friend and it works great.....I had a bunch of exp rolls I couldn't read entirely. Hope this helps.
