Looking for mature US guild

I'm coming into the game alone and would prefer to have a guild to grow with. I'm 33 and live in Kentucky. Really, the thing i'm looking for most in a guild is to be adult (basically, I don't want to babysit), allows adult language, and is respectful regardless of race/gender/sexual orientation/etc. I don't want to log in every day and constantly hear '***' and 'queer' or how this is 'gay' or how women are less than men or any of that ********. The last two of those are absolutely vital to my gaming experience and MUST exist.

On a personal level, I prefer PvE and have never really gotten into shooters. I'm a high end player who eats up everything I can about a game but who is not an elitist ******bag. I'll never demand anyone play the game a certain way or any of that. I also help run a guild in GW2 so my time will be split between the two games. As such, I need a guild that does things as much from Mon-Thursday as they do from Friday-Sunday. My GW2 obligations currently are Thursday evenings EST and Sunday midday. If i can't make an event, no biggie, there are other things I'm more worried about when it comes to the guild (the atmosphere I play in).

Please hit me up. I really want to find a guild before launch and explore a new world with some cool folks.

We are an age 18+ community. But, most of our members are probably mid 20's - 40's. We don't like drama in the community, and have policies in place to deal with it. The community was established over 2 years ago. We not only play Defiance, but several other games as well. We have a large RIFT guild, and also a World of Warcraft guild. Plus, a lot of our members play other games as well... Mass Effect 3, Guildwars 2, Battlefield, League of Legends, Minecraft.. etc.

We are fairly new in terms of being a guild / gaming community but most of us generally range in the ages of 25+. We have a fair mix of female and male players and hold the same values that you find important. We can be a crude bunch but for the most part but its all in good fun, we try to never take anything seriously or personal. Many of us are east coast based as well so that would probably fit really well with your time frame .
