y does this really matter???? if they want to stream alpha and break the nda let them... if trion considered it a really big offense they would be monitoring twitch and youtube and banning them..... stop being such *** kissers lol. ive seen a couple peeps stream alpha on twitch and it was actually ehlping trion cos lots of ppl there hadnt heard of defiance and defiance was actually being promoted and advertised.... i dont think they should be banned for wanting to show the world one of their fav games and trying to promote it. sure they did break the nda... but that's their risk to take. im glad they did cos it brought trion more customers and i wouldnt report them cos it was helping trion rather than hurting them. i know alpha might have things that might not be in the release client and so on and so forth.

By breaking the NDA you are breaking your contract with Trion. You could actually get sued for breach of contract. When you accepted to join the alpha you accepted the contract.. that's the point.
The NDA breachers haven't helped Trion, but instead stabbed them in the back.

Wow I bet y'all were a bunch of tattle tells in school. Who cares did them streaming it ruin your game play or give them a unfair advantage. Nope. I get reporting cheaters an people that exploit. But nda breakers come on do you really have nothing else going on in your life that you have to worry about someone else.

The game launches in two days, so I really don't see why the need to report anyone. Doubt it the Trion is going to make any big change in 1 day.

Several people have reported receiving an official email stating that the Alpha NDA has been lifted. Whether it's true or not beats me, but with more than one source, it could be possible. Either way, why have an NDA on a game that releases in 34 hours? (http://www.corelegion.com for countdown to launch)

Because a lot of the times Alpha is never lifted. One reason, Alpha test is where they test things that may never make it to final release, giving a customer a false sense of what's in the game.
