issues with new patch as of aug.14th on xbox 360.

was wondering if anybody has had the issue of patching this new update and it consistantly coming up with a critical patch error. and not finishing it or having to start the hole patch process all over again any suggestions on how to fix or get past that so it doesn't keep happening.

I haven't had an issue with any of their updates, so far... sorry to hear that others have had problems, though.

Having the same issues with critical patch error...I have been downloading this new patch since yesterday with no end in sight.
Beyond frustrated is an understatement.

Same here. I just bought the game, and already having an issue trying to play it. im trying to re-install the whole game. Maybe that would work...

Go to System Settings > Storage > HDD > Games and Apps > Delete all Defiance Data.

Clear the System Cache.

Reinstall from scratch.

Have tried everything, keep getting disconnected from xbox live and wont patch really sick of it. My son has no issues though with his game updating

Still not able to play this game, third day of trying to get patched..have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no hope of playing. Really do not understand why my son can play on his sytem and I can't on mine same internet and all in same house really upset wish they could get this issue fixed. Every time there is a patch I do not get to play for about a week or two makes no sense.

I am having the same issue. finally got patch installed and the continuously get critical error, or when i get in nothing loads right and i can't do anything. have been on live chat with trion and have gotten zero useful help.
