I just checked with the team, and duction wins the "guessed correctly" award!
It was indeed given to some people by mistake, when they were meant to get the hellbug ballcap. This hellbug hat will appear in the game later, but currently there's no way to earn it!
Those who got it by mistake are just lucky recipients of the good 'ol
