Some sort of kickback or refund...something
I don't want this to become a thread of people b*******, but for those of us who preordered the game (paid full price) it would be a nice gesture if Trion gave us something back, considering they're now giving the game away for $9.99. I personally bought the "Collector's Edition" ($110 + gst i think) and spent an additional $15.00 on inventory slots. Seemed a little steep at first, but now I feel like I really got an awesome deal.
Would be great if we were thrown some bits, outfits, vehicles, boosts, discount on DLC (anything really)
What do you think? I've never seen a game drop in price so much, so fast. If I knew it was going to take a dramatic price drop like that I probably would have waited to purchase and let them work out some of the kinks...
Throw your LOYAL fans, who took a chance on you, a friggin' bone Trion!!

No offense to you, spencer_jc, but this will never happen. No game developer has EVER given a refund for any purchase of a game which was later subject to a price reduction, simply because the price was later reduced. This is part of the risk when you preorder or purchase day of release. Additionally you already got something for preordering: the red Challenger. You also got the benefits of the Deluxe Edition (which is still $29.99 for the upgrade) and the Season Pass (again $29.99). And, we got a week's worth of quadruple boosts for "putting up with the growing pains (at current Bit cost, about $66.50). So.....

I do not expect anything, I'm just saying it would be decent if they did something like this. As per the benefits of the preorder, the challenger (ok, i guess) but the original boosts were a joke because the server wouldn't let you log on half the time for the first week.
And yes I know they gave us additional time on boosts for the growing pains, but everyone got this sooo...this didn't solely benefit people that preorded (who were the ones that initially lost their preorder boosts). As well, last I saw, the season pass for PS3 is $39.99, not $29.99. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think a discount on the DLC, for both the delay and discounting the game to unheard of prices within 4months, is the least they could do. I'm sure you'll retort with "what about the people that paid full price for the season pass though", so I'll refrain from continuing that debate. I'm also aware they discounted the game to draw in more players. I know that they won't do anything, but I thought I'd put a suggestion in the suggestion section.
As a side note, I've never posted anything even remotely negative about Trion, and am actually impressed by their dev and support team.
Just my thoughts.
