Do you work out? Start! I've seen many people with messed up backs and knees get a real trainer and over a year or two improve dramitically. People with "bad knees" doing squats and pain go away. Eating right, no boozin, etc... Unless you have a serious condition, then scratch everything I said
At times, I hate to practice, but I love to play. I know I need to study and I know I need to practice and I know how important it is. That doesn't mean I have to like it. The question I have to ask myself is am I willing to do that? And the answer is yes.

True I don't work out I've got those pretty messed up due to my life in the military when I was younger (artillery) when I left I had no problems with those but with aging I guess the wear and tear kicked in further , like doing sit ups it pretty much kill me and my knees sometimes cracks , maybe one day I'll try to take it more seriously and we'll see hehe , thanks though for the tips. I don't booze anymore but did it for a long time, guess I only need motivation for training again

Both hips fully replaced, ankle close to needing replaced. Going to the gym helped ease a lot of my problems i agree. I go to the gym every other day for about 2 hours, Just take it slow, don't push yourself, Pain does not equal gain in this case.

pc mmo scene is full of fameballs, zerg guilds and other toxic elements that make the console kiddies seem benign.

seems like every tom **** and harry in pc gaming wants to be famous important and run things sometimes.

the worst are the ppl who try hard at convincing people they play for fun but when you see them play it seems like they are having anything but fun.

anyways i see alot of mmo newbs in the pc gaming section too. alot of naivety of what this game is in context to other games.

i still use noob. its a proper gaming term for people who are new. just because other people decided to use it as a derogitive term doesnt mean it is one. same thing with the swatztica or however its spelt. just cause hitler used it doesnt mean thats what it was meant for.

Quoted from Wiki. " The word "swastika" comes from the Sanskrit svastika - "su" meaning "good" or "auspicious," "asti" meaning "to be," and "ka" as a suffix. The swastika literally means "to be good". Or another translation can be made: "swa" is "higher self", "asti" meaning "being", and "ka" as a suffix, so the translation can be interpreted as "being with higher self".

People over time just copy what the negative people in the world do and thus the word gets used for negatives instead of its intended use of being constructive and informative
