Well that sounds silly perhaps they're still working on it.
Just saw a thread that suggested changing your password, but that didn't help.
I guess I'll just be waiting. I'll try again later/tomorrow.
The issue is that it says you're not authorized? Yeah right now changing your password was one of the few fixes we have, i'm sure they're on it though. Hope you get it all working soon.
I have tried all the supposed "fixes" nothing has worked so far. Support did confirm I should be able to -preload prior to launch of the game but would not give a time/date (aside from before the 2nd of april)

OP has no proper game key attached and thus can't log in, perfectly normal. The "pre-order" code is mostly a beta key, not the real game key.
I didn't read the initial post correctly. But as far as I understand physical copies will not get to pre-load. Only codes from online retailers.
talked to CS today and was told that the pre-download was being done in waves. Precise words.
