My suggestion would be for them to submit a support ticket in game and tell Trion they paid for a boost and then the server went down (being specific) so they missed out on the boost. Then, see what happens. It may seem to be an easy thing for Trion to see who missed their boosts but I think it's harder than is imagined.
Consider that in order for Trion to reimburse those who lost out, they'd have to look into all those who bought them, then see if they tried to log on during the outage, and all that. Far easier for players to submit tickets if they think they're owed missing time for boosts.
I can tell you that it's extremely frustrating to have someone complain about something and then find out they didn't even try to get some sort of resolution for themselves.
I've been able to help quite a few people use the in game function to ask for support help when they were initially just complaining about something they didn't get AND didn't know how to ask for that help.
And surprise surprise they actually did get help. The sun shone brightly again.

It's a hard school. We had a 50% recycle rate and about 40% of those that attended actually graduated from the course. This is just for CAT4 languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic). The lower CAT languages had a much better retention and graduation date. I was actually reclassing to 35T when I was injured in training, thus ending my Army career. That's how I know a ton of Tangos over in Korea because more than half of each graduating class got stationed there. You guys must break a lot of shtako over there![]()
