Even on the PC version you can use your xbox controller, and it will show what buttons on the UI to press on the controller to do actions...as for graphics the PC version in the beta also didn't have graphics settings for the most part, it had a basic low, medium, high, with graphics on the xbox looking comparable to the high setting of the PC...

Although for xbox specifically, as it's now the console version is limited to the same region as your xbox gamertag, meaning you can't create a character for a UK server, to play with UK friends currently unless you have a UK gamertag to use, with xbox live gold...

These are the differences, you decide what you want to play on...
so this mean there will be no graphical differences even in extreme arkfall moments? i heard there were on xbox so this got me wondering

60+ fps and game will look better, smoother. you can force stuff in control panel, until it's added.

Due to the certification process on the Xbox their beta version was months old so it could get certified & playable...in the old version there were major graphical differences compared to the new version, when the real game comes out though, it will be the latest version with a day one patch, and then the in-game patcher, so it will be up to date & up to par with the PC version at that time.

Anything heard from beta from the 360 about graphics, glitches, and more is likely to be wrong upon release, since it was an old version used, and they will be using the new one, which the PC version was already running when the games releases on Tuesday.

Load times, visuals, pop in, etc... any PC that isn't a toaster easily wins. Hardware wise, it's usuallyPC and not even close. This is not even counting thevolume of options you have on how you can play the game. (Monitor, TV, Keyboard/mouse, controller, etc.)

Community wise, it depends on which platform you have more friends on. If looking for new friends, all three platforms attract different kinds of people in general. In that regard, go with the platform that suits your fancy.

Personally, I have more friends on Xbox so I'm getting that. I'm also getting the PC version as well since the quality of the game is substantially better on my PC. I'll be spending most of my Defiance time on PC.

If you prefer XBOX, go XBOX.
If you prefer PC, go PC.

    PC.

high end gameing righ + high end gameing mouse +high end gameing keyboard = very high accuracy + responsiveness.

always pref PC anyway due to being able to boost defiance graphical quality using nvidia for AA AF Vsync AO

    PC master race !
