What ports should I open for this game?

Didn't know if they are the exact same ones as rift or not.

I haven't seen any direct communication on port forward/triggering info from staff or any users. I'd try asking Trion support.

Like Rawrkitty said i don't see there being much of an issue with ports as most games don't. Port forwarding/triggering is usually a last ditch effort to solve connection errors without an exact origin. I personally had no issues. Best of luck though!

    Wouldn't be too concerned.
At times, I hate to practice, but I love to play. I know I need to study and I know I need to practice and I know how important it is. That doesn't mean I have to like it. The question I have to ask myself is am I willing to do that? And the answer is yes.

Why would you need to open ports? Since I started PC gaming in '95 I have never needed to touch my port settings so why would we need to start now?

Some people game from their campus internet if they are at uni etc where admins love strict firewall protocols and block any and everything coming or going unless a specific reason is given to unblock..same for work places for those that want to get in a few min during a lunch break; although some ISP's do sometimes block certain ports aswell depending on where you are so you might need to tell them what ports you need unblocked for your connection.
