Does this install two versions game files on the HDD? Im having a large selection of patches installing?

As for the region selection, I believe you can change what region you wish to play on. However, I don't think we are able to transfer character data.

You have to make a new character. Hope that changes one day, even if it will be a paid service.
Thanks guys, it has done about 5 patches. So I assumed it had installed a second set of files for the other server. Should of just played my main save
