Being sad due to size is silly in this instance. The 1kb for the people with the DLC, is a simple set of keys that unlock the content. Everyone gets the content on their systems though. Season Pass guy gets the new truck, non-DLC guys get the data to see the new truck. Kind of like how we got the "compatibility packs" on Borderlands 2.
Eh, I have a 320 gig HDD for my Xbox 360, and I still have 190 gigs free. Plus, about 30 full dvd rip and GOD games on the HDD, and then some.
I remember when Napster filled my Windows 95 PC (that had a massive 2GB HDD) with about twenty downloaded MP3 songs, back in '99. Or back when I downloaded JPG pics of Nine Inch Nails album covers and saved them to multiple 3.5inch High Density floppy discs (that held 1.44megabytes a piece), back in '94 with Windows 3.11. Or even further back, when my Commodore 64 had the old 1541 disc drive, commonly referred to as ",8" in its operating language, that could hold 170 kilobytes per disc. JUMPMAN OWNAGE BABY!!!
You won't catch me shedding any tears over a few gigs now. Doesn't everyone's computer have multiple terabytes of storage, minimum, these days?
