just a heads up dlcs there on dashboard but they must be adding an option ingame to download free for pass holders

I believe it works like most mmo's with expansions. Everyone downloads the game data thru the patcher and it is available. Since everyone has the data already installed all you need to do is purchase the dlc to get the unlcok "key" and everything will become available. From my understanding the charged weapons and new arkfall are all free with the patch for everyone and the new race and story missions are only with the dlc and some other stuff too.
