So just purchased season pass from the play station store, I've been playing defiance since the beginning but was wondering, will this automatically give me dlcs or is there anything else I need to do with my account? I logged in quick before work but nothing to update in game yet so ill assume there's a download when I get home tonight but just wanna know if I'm good to go with dlc or is there anything else to it?
For what I was told by one of the support people, it'll be there (Defiance Store for what I understand) as soon as it's out. So I guess we don't actually have to dowload something but it'll download itself when you connect and the dlc is out.Originally Posted by Johnny Ops

Well I want to purchase the $10 single DLC only and have no concrete information on how that is going to work. I have plenty of bits in my Defiance store to buy it. I can also go to the PS store and buy it there but there has been NO OFFICIAL INFORMATION posted on how to buy the SINGLE DLC as opposed to season pass (which I don't want). The rumor is that it should be in the PS store but that will not update until evening here in the US - AFTER the maintenance is done. Sony is in charge of their PS store and Trion is in charge of the Defiance store and NEITHER ONE is showing the single DLC for purchase. If anyone knows anything for SURE please let us know! It would be very helpful if there was a sticky post from our new beloved administrators with information on how to purchase - for each of the different platforms. I've seen the same confusion for PC & XBOX so clearly the communication lines are still, and forever, crossed.
Ya sorry dude, I seen a couple posts regarding that as well and there were no answers there either, I planned on buying the pass since the get go because I still enjoy the game, bugs and all I still have fun every time I log in, sure it may be just once or twice a week due to busy life but they're already filming season two so I'm holdin onto hopes that the game is going to expand and get even better.
probably not the best idea to buy a season pass at this point. the original studio has been shut down already, and it's probably a good bet we'll never get all the promised dlc. with an actual MMO coming in a few days ( FF XIV ), and other big games coming, it's hard to see new players continue to buy the game. plus, there is absolutely no reason to spend money in the game unless you really want outfits you can't get in the game.
obviously someones working there still because the servers are being updated
