When I logged back onto game it asked me to reinstall game as it did for two of my buddy's

It's doing the same for me. I noticed that when I went into my System Memory that under Defiance is a Corrupted 4.0 GB Save Game. So I'll try reinstalling and see what happens. (I deleted the Corrupted save game :X)
