Where's the Charge weapons, character respec and Raptor?

I don't see the free onetime respec at claim items. PC - EU
I bought the Season Pass a few days ago and I know THAT worked. I can get the hellbug hat. I can enter the arenas (did that). I can create a new Casti (did so). But no free respec.

The only item that should be in your claim items (assuming you haven't been letting your inventory fill up to max) would be the respec. Other stuff is either bought from vendors, dropped by enemies, or obtained in quests from what I can tell.

That's the second time I see you post that. If you check the DLC thread you'll see that there's a Raptor and a Charge Weapons starter pack, I can only assume these are to be claimed from the store. http://forums.defiance.com/showthrea...cussion-Thread

The toon respec, raptor, charge wep pac,and casti outfit were found in the claim items section of the store on my steam acct

Ditto^ however, when I go to redeem code in the Store, and back out, it says a transaction is currently pending when I haven't bought anything...maybe it means we just have to wait??

I had gear in the Claim section, but how do you use the character redo?!

im on xbox and mine isnt working either...logged out went to dashboard and started game back up still nothing in inventory or claim items hmmmmm

xbox NA here and same as well no dlc content given. I see some saying they can do the arena, is it a matchmaking option or found on the map because I don't see it anywhere.
