Where's the Charge weapons, character respec and Raptor?

To be clear to all those wishing to help by pointing out where to find said items, Some people simply don't have the dlc being recognized yet. The news feed mentions leaving game and restarting as a fix, but this does not work for all people. I have done all possible fixes so far except re installing game. To be honest I am just not going to do that till the devs look into it further....

Well, they should add PC users to the list too. I have bought Season Pass on 07/08, I was able to create a Casthitan character, but no Raptor, no respec, just my Digital Deluxe items and other unlocks. Nothing from the Charge Pack.

At least now we know there is a problem on their side. Hope to be fixed soon, I am not in a hurry or anything, still enjoying the new content, Seige is quite fun though.

UPDATE: I bought Season Pass on 14/08 (a week ago). This SEEMS to be a server side database issue. I logged into PC - NA and I DID have a customize appearance in Claim. I claimed it, logged out, logged back in and got the update appearabce button where PLAY would normally be. I upgraded the race, sex, etc. All worked as advertised. I logged out and switched back to PC - EU and still nothing to claim. I'll try again tomorrow.

Yeah, its still telling me to buy the pack, so i think there's a database update issue somewhere.

Ok I deleted everything off my hard drive and re downloaded all the patches my dlc and pre order bonus just got back on and the raptor was in my vechile list my guns were in my invertory and now the purchase a change character says "PURCHASED" on it even though I didnt and there nothing in my claim items.
