Tier 4 loot boxes - More of the same

I followed the work that had been done for the Drop Chances for Oranges in Tier Boxes.

I was worried that it was going to need to be redone with the release of this patch.

Relax everyone, the math hasnt changed. Teir 4 boxes are still a crap-fest.

Yep i know, small sample. but i had 150 keys saved up on 2 toons, and bought 2 Teir 4 boxes, and guess what:

Drop rates still same as pre-patch(at least for me) 6 blues and 2 greens, not a single purple. from 8 possible chances.

Buy at your own peril, but personally, i'm sticking with teir 3, because of more net crap blues and greens to convert into scrip and salvage.

Curious if anyone else has started to buy Teir 4, with all the millions of salvage people had squirreled away.

What is everyone else seeing? and planning to do with Boxes?

I bought 4 so far, 1st 2 were 3 blues and a green, 3rd was an orange, purple and 2 blues, and the 4th was a purple and 3 blues... on a sidenote am ego 5,000 and only ever pulled 2 oranges from tier 4 boxes before today

Well considering they have never published the drop rates on any of the boxes before or after the patch..... who knows. I doubt the change was significant. I was hoping that they would have the sense to remove greens from Tier 4's.... but what the hell was I thinking.....

I have to go for tier 4 boxes at least until this weekend.
Seeing as it is the only one of the boxes that may contain
a charge blade.

Will also be interesting to hear when someone DOES get a green charge blade from a loot box, if it came from a 4 or not.

Yeah not sure how they are improved but I was getting better stuff before. I was getting a orange in about every 3 tier 4 lockbox, today my first 15 tier 4's had 1 purple 39 blue and 20 green. Not happy with dlc so far, hopefully it gets better

So... you came to a conclusion on drop rates... based on the 2nd smallest amount of samples you could possibly take?
