I have to ask, because I know I'm not the only one having problems. My roommate and I are having problems connecting to the servers on the US PS3 version. We try to log on, but we keep timing out. Is it because of the new DLC?

Partly the new DLC.
The fact that it does not wish to cooperate. And the servers are down/ so inaccessible that they may as well be down.

Supposedly, Europe got back up okay. Lucky sods from across the pond..

Oh in the first hours they will be all happy and joyous.....
and then the lag will set in....
the horrible dreaded lag.....
then they will be DC'ed or hard froze....
then they will see the dastardly runes of Critital Error
Then the tears will flow
and the rage will build
and they will be right in here with us.

I would say lower population on EU servers.... but that is just a guess.
