Where is the communication now?

1. The reply (finally) is appreciated... we are over 3 hours behind already as per the initial launch and you have to understand that after all the delays and posponements many are going to be a tad bit impatient and possibly irked by this apparent additional delay. Is there a definite possibility of the game being online tonight (it is now after 7 PM EST, and we were initially told we would be back up from today's update by 4:45...).

2. I would definitely put some time and effort into some way to recoup the PS3 NA playerbase for this inconvenience. I would recommend something a bit better than just a "bonus loot weekend". Possibly add some sort of in-game item (an example might be that odd Hellbug helmet or a charge sword or something substantial). I for one know of quite a few players who are steadily getting a worse & worse "taste in their mouths" so to speak from the issues from Trion's end and this might go a long way to help assuage the ire...

3. Can updates that people are apparently receiving on Twitter also possibly be posted here on the "official forums"? Some people don't like to use Twitter (I have an account but I am not a Twitter fan), but would like to read the actual information as posted by an official Trion representative... not from another player. (although I would like to say thank you to those players who have been posting the Twitter updates here as I'm glad to hear it from SOMEONE rather than no update from anyone official in around 2 hours)

Anyway, hopefully this communication issue or lack thereof can be resolved, as well as the issue with the server. Not sure what the problem is but we have waited months for the first DLC, and it would be nice to get to actually go about playing the new content...

On point 3, I try when I remember to or see a post about a question and I have twitter open already. I did get some "feedback" once when I did that a couple months back, I am posting again today tentatively hoping to get some information out while not pissing someone off.

I urge everyone to send scott emails politely requesting moderators that do their jobs. WTF does pax have to do with the release day of your already postponed DLC. How hard is it to update the community?

There's your problem. I realize that you guys are practically running around like chickens with you head's cut off, but does it really take that long to sit down, create a thread, and tell us what all is going on? 20 minutes most. I don't even care if its a simple "We have no ETA yet on the [insert problem here], but we're working to get it resolved! Stay tuned for bihourly updates!" as long as we have some sort of update.

Heck your moderators / devs probably don't even play any of its own games except the ones you let go like elrar. I dare any trion employees to post screenshots of /played time. all i hear is promoting games like payday 2 league of legends and other stuff on employee twitter and facebook. Yeah yeah before you say its their personal accounts it still shows their dedication even they don't want to play your products.

Reminds me of the SWG days back in 2005 after the NGE hit. John Smedley would always be talking about his Team Fortress and WoW play time. When asked at one of the SOE conventions about SWG and EQ2, he could not provide any answers on even basic gameplay mechanics.

"extending the maintenance" I think we are a little beyond Maintenance... this seems more like "It's BROKE.... FIX IT!"

"prep the DLC" .... shouldn't the DLC have been ready by now and fully prepared? You had an extra month on it, ran test servers (Well for the Glorious PC master race).

Once again PS3 is the neglected step-sister.

Even being one of your mentioned PC Master Race citizens, I can't make fun of what you guys are putting up with. Seriously, it's absolutely pathetic that 5 months post launch, they still can't get you consoles done right.
