Update on the NA PS3 Server

8/21/13 - 4:00 PM - At this time, we have resolved the timeout errors. If you start to encounter that issue again, please do report it here in this thread, and we will immediately look into it.

Sony America is still looking into why the US PS3 version of the Castithan Charge Pack is experiencing issues on the back end.


I know there are still other issues we have not addressed, and am currently working with CS to compile them.

Still receiving the timeout error on the US PS3 server as of 8:45pm EDT.

As of 8:50PM Eastern I'm still getting server timeout errors. My character shows up, but when I go to play I get the server timeout.

also I called Sony , they have no knowledge of defiance having dlc released.

yeah you do realize you have to call their C/S department for PS3 not Sony in general, and I own PC/PS3/Wii/Wii U/SNES/NES/Commodore 64/N64/Gamecube & Sega Saturn so my argument sticks.

I just hope someone is still there working to get the servers back up. It's past 5:00pm PST........most of them if not all have gotten off work.

8:08 p.m central time, have gotten time out error last 15 attempts to log in.

now going on 32 hours with hardly any access to the game, and no dlc showing up in the store.
