Server was up, kicked us off and now giving a critical error message and even tried restarting the ps3 with no luck. I really wish you had someone to monitor your forums and keep the players informed better. I realize you have many platforms to support but could you not set someone up to watch the threads? Love your game and a everyday player. But with no luck on support make me want a refund or at least some form of payment back as I have already payed for the game and dlc that we are unable to play. Even the support staff for WoW gave tokens to the players for massive amounts of downtime and such.

Just took a break to munch out I am in Washington state and all is fine for me. Sounds to me like east side is down
as of 18 hours the patch is still broken. I CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT WITHOUT GETTING A CRIT ERROR .

Ok, I haven't even been able to get the patch to dl, just keep getting -Critical-patch error, so I haven't even been to the point of getting time out issues. I love this game, but I am almost at the point of not playing anymore and seeing what can be done for me spending money that I am getting no use from! Can someone, anyone, let us know what is being done to resolve this issue? Because if not, this game is never being played again and I will not own Trion anything in the future! I don't want that because I love this game, but honestly, this is ridiculous!
8/21/13 - 7:00 PM - The latest round of timeout errors on the NA PS3 platform has been resolved. The team will continue to monitor the situation overnight so that we can rapidly respond should i happen again.
