Update on the NA PS3 Server

I was playing fine for a bit this morning but am now stuck with critical time out errors.

Servers for PS3 NA? Not fixed. At all.

I thought they were going offline this morning till 8:30 tonight (EST). No Defiance for us today.

Where was that posted? I was playing all morning up until 20 minutes ago or so. Or are you talking about the PSN maintenance?

As far as I know the PSN says as long as u log into PSN before maint. Starts then u can play online

8:15 am PT servers started timing out again. Was good for a few hours now unable to connect to servers.

Critical error message again. Sigh, any update? Tried to submit a ticket but not really sure what tab to drop it in as there is not a time out, critical error option.

Same here was able to play for like 20 mins this morning EST time then I got Critical error I give up. The funny part is I stopped playing Defiance because of all the issues but I purchased a season pass like an idiot. So I figured new DLC let me get my moneys worth LOL. Can't play the DLC because it's broke can't play the game because it's broke LOL. Once GTA V online drops I'm done with Defiance and Trion.

Day 3 and counting. Still no PS3. When you ask for a refund - they are a business and say NO. When you ask for what you paid for they are poor helpless programmers who need your understanding for a problem the can't seem to solve. Where is the accountability?

well i think trion just showed their NA ps3 players just how much they give a damn. they have had ample time to test everything and even had the servers down monday to prep them for the dlc and updates but come tuesday can't get dlc and suddenly the servers are having issues. this will be the first and last game i ever buy from this company. this is a complete joke. if this was any other company they would have hunted down and fixed the problems quickly because they value their customers.
