    So I preorder content with a season pass to make sure I have it on day one. Here it is 2 days after launch and I still can't get it. Does nobody at trion see a problem with this? Trion you can lick my b a l l s you s h i t ty a s s greedy b a s t a r d s. This is the worst game company I've ever dealt with. I'm sure glad ffxiv is out next week so I never have to look back on this horrible experience and can spend my money on an mmo that actually provides instead of one that robs its customer base. F u c k you trion.

    At what point are we going to get some answers or at the very least and ETA of when the problem will be fixed? This is not the first time that the PS3 release has been botched. EVERYBODY else is getting the content before us. EVERYBODY else who bought a season pass had their contract fullfilled of having the content the day that it was released. The PS3 users whobought the season pass have just been pissed on again. I supported your product and bought it on Day One. I bought a season pass within the first two weeks because I liked the concept and expected quiality content to enhance the game. I have NOT SEEN A QUALITY release from your company. I have seen PISS POOR execution, INCOMPETENCE, and the INABILITY TO BE HONEST with your customers.

    Accountability for your actions is something that the military has taught me. I have seen TRION blame SONY for their mistakes on multiple occassions. First it was patches not being released, now it's the DLC not working. Can I blame a store for selling me a defective product that is unopened and undamaged? NO! That is an issue with the manufacturer and needs to be taken up with the manufacturer. SONY is not to blame for your failures.
    Communication is key to ANY & ALL successful businesses. There has been no communication as to what is going on or any sort of estimation on fixing it. Hell, when SONY had the security breech they were open about it and they informed everybody of what they were doing to fix it and how they were going to compensate people for the PSN being down for a prolong period of time. TRION, make a note about that!

    As of right now, your business model is basically shot. It reads about like this: Selling crap products and providing crappy customer service. People wonder why your game dropped to $10 after 4 months, probably because of the issues that I have just mentioned. You'll probably close this thread and send me an email about it. Here is a suggestion, take my post to your project manager's boss and see if they are aware of how crappy the product is. I'd bet, they are not and would be embarrassed to have their name associated with this product. Broken promises, spotty patches, and piss poor customer service. Thanks for showing everybody how NOT to run a business.
