Accountability for your actions is something that the military has taught me. I have seen TRION blame SONY for their mistakes on multiple occassions. First it was patches not being released, now it's the DLC not working. Can I blame a store for selling me a defective product that is unopened and undamaged? NO! That is an issue with the manufacturer and needs to be taken up with the manufacturer. SONY is not to blame for your failures.
Communication is key to ANY & ALL successful businesses. There has been no communication as to what is going on or any sort of estimation on fixing it. Hell, when SONY had the security breech they were open about it and they informed everybody of what they were doing to fix it and how they were going to compensate people for the PSN being down for a prolong period of time. TRION, make a note about that!
As of right now, your business model is basically shot. It reads about like this: Selling crap products and providing crappy customer service. People wonder why your game dropped to $10 after 4 months, probably because of the issues that I have just mentioned. You'll probably close this thread and send me an email about it. Here is a suggestion, take my post to your project manager's boss and see if they are aware of how crappy the product is. I'd bet, they are not and would be embarrassed to have their name associated with this product. Broken promises, spotty patches, and piss poor customer service. Thanks for showing everybody how NOT to run a business.
