    This has something to do with lowering ps3 server capacity since it's probably the lowest one or that patch severely fucced this game on the ps3 side. No matter to me in a couple of days FFXIV RR will be here and I'll have something else to occupy my time which has a bit more depth to it.

First it was patches not being released, now it's the DLC not working. Can I blame a store for selling me a defective product that is unopened and undamaged? NO! That is an issue with the manufacturer and needs to be taken up with the manufacturer. SONY is not to blame for your failures.
    Communication is key to ANY & ALL successful businesses. There has been no communication as to what is going on or any sort of estimation on fixing it. Hell, when SONY had the security breech they were open about it and they informed everybody of what they were doing to fix it and how they were going to compensate people for the PSN being down for a prolong period of time. TRION, make a note about that!

    As of right now, your business model is basically shot. It reads about like this: Selling crap products and providing crappy customer service. People wonder why your game dropped to $10 after 4 months, probably because of the issues that I have just mentioned. You'll probably close this thread and send me an email about it. Here is a suggestion, take my post to your project manager's boss and see if they are aware of how crappy the product is. I'd bet, they are not and would be embarrassed to have their name associated with this product. Broken promises, spotty patches, and piss poor customer service. Thanks for showing everybody how NOT to run a business.

    Long time listener first time caller and I can't take it any longer! Problems and Issues happen, deal with it. I'm sure they're doing the best they can to get these issues resolved. I didn't purchase the game solely for the DLC and I didn't continue to play the game because I hated it. I played the Beta and loved it so I puchased the game, then I purchased the season pass because it only got better in my eyes. They will fix the problem as fast as they CAN and until then I will wait. If you can't wait play something else, and no one forced you to get the season pass you could have purchased the DLC's as they came out. But instead you chose to purchase the season pass and that means at some point you fell in love with something Trion was giving us. Ultimately haters will hate and players will play and even if it takes a month I will wait. For some of us we've been through this before with Bethesda and still played the Skyrim DLC's when they finally came out. I beleive Trion is not out to screw anybody and they are doing the very best they can to make sure we having the best possible gaming experience. And if you beleive you can do a better job then make your own game a deal with the haters. As for you guys at Trion thanks for everything you've brought us so far!

    I'm sorry to tell you this Trion and Mods reporting to your superiors; Reseting the server is not how you "fix the time-out" issue at hand. You may think it is doing good but in all honesty, you're just hurting your own pay. As for your mods that feed us useless information... buy a ps3 instead of just having them look at the server script and say "its on"

    Another thing; your facebook page. Why the hell would you advertise that you have a working DLC on all platforms when you hardly have it working at all? PS3 EU gives you the brownie points for having theirs? I'm sorry but NA covers most of your player count. Get your advertisement stunts written properly or don't advertise at all.
