Appreciate the update, really looking forward to the DLC. In the meantime, though, still getting timeout errors when trying to sign into the game, and even when I can get in, still get timed out intermittently (its definitely not my internet connection). Hope to see this fixed. Love the game!

Got a brand new modem two days ago, so I know this isn't my connection. The freaking speediest.net site has my DL at 27.38mbps. I am only paying for 25! Look customer service example of taking care of your customer by giving them service beyond what is expected. And yes, this test was done at 8:25 PM tonight after yet another DC and repeated inability to log back in. Can anyone learn anything from Shentel?

Do they even do anything other then restart the server? lols. I don't understand. Restarting the servers may be a temp fix but it will never get the game anywhere solong as they have to continue restarting the servers every hour of the day (and on weekends they just die and stay dead till monday, yayy) .-.

They are both working on temporary fixes and longer term ones. We also have an On Call team over the weekends, so if you see stuff happen, please post here so I can let them know in our ongoing channels.

I'm getting time outs tryn to log in also, alot since this last update, I thought a prior patch fixed this?? Least that's what I read in patch notes, Ik I'm new to this game, but please Sumone in the team fix this please? I love the game, but hate not able to play or getting time outs at the very near end of an big arkfall.. >.<
