I have still not received my items, nor am I able to create a Castithan or re-customize my character. I have logged out and logged back in repeatedly. I'm very upset about this. I purchased the whole season pass which was $40.00 and still haven't received a thing. I thought that this was fixed and that I would be able to claim all items and re-customize my character to a Castithan today, and I am not able to!

While logged in as the character you want to tweak, go to the Bit Store. Click on the DLC. It should bring up the PSN store box for the DLC. It should say "get now" and have a price of "free." Click on it. It should give you your items shortly thereafter within the game, or put them into your claims area if your inventory is full. The next time you log out and back in (entirely), you should have an un-passable "update appearance" option that must be chosen before you go back into the game as that character.

That's how it worked for me, while I was on with live chat support.
