This game is so esoteric that it makes me want to drown kittens... The fast travel station for the vendor is located at coordinates 3508,4449 w hich is North and West of the Golden Gate Bridge. Upon reaching the destination, you will have to cross a stupidly narrow bridge. DO NOT DISMOUNT FROM YOUR VEHICLE ON THE BRIDGE! ...I made that mistake...
