If you're PS3 it's probably the paid content that isn't in the game yet.

Sorry, no idea then. It's the same on PS3.

Same here but I'm on PC.

They don't show up on screen, but they are those mini-metallic arkcrystals you see during sieges.

Figured it out. The mission only appears DURING a siege

I've done two.. and both times glitched out. The first time everything APPEARED normal, but the quest didn't recognize the completion. Second time the volge stopped showing up at around wave 4 I think. That one the quest recognized.
