After being told a week or two ago (whenever it was) by a live chat support person that there was nothing they could do to advance that pursuit manually (which I knew was bogus, given that they've done it before on bugged ones for me), I spoke with live chat again today, and they fixed it manually in a matter of about 30 seconds.

Still bugged here. Done each at least 2 times, and a few 3 times. Sort of getting sick of uber elite volge at this point....

Customer support is about luck. Not just for Defiance mind you. I have had the same experience with Steam support. One person you talk to fixes whatever the issue is in a matter of seconds, the next tells you it is impossible. Very frustrating.

I thought you couldn't live chat about game issues anymore... do you lie about the nature of the problem to get into the chat?

Given that it is a glitch/bug, I select that it is a technical issue, if I recall correctly.

I had to contact live chat to get it to complete after finishing each one 4-5 times.

This also happening on ps3, also have completed sieges in the 5 known locations.

I also have to kill five bombers again every single time I loving throughout the day.
