As far as keeping an organized list goes there a few problems...
1. Some people misunderstand the meaning of easter egg.
2. Even though it turned into another thread on data log locations, it's not organized in a legible manner.
If you want to create an organized list of something, first make sure you're making a list of the correct items. If you're making a list of cereal, don't include little square crackers because you think they're similar.
Second, you must UPDATE YOUR LIST
Generally this is done by editing the inital post, which requires the OP to constantly update as new findings are posted. The reality is nobody wants to read through 20 pages of posts to find actual easter eggs. They get especially annoyed when it turns out the easter eggs are the Data Recorder Locations. Just sayin.

The "target nullified" catchphrase from Torc can be a reference to Star Trek Voyager : Nemesis episode, where the main character (Chakotay) is brainwashed to hate another alien species. During his brainwashing, he fight alongside human like aliens, and they employ "nullify" instead of "kill". Near the end, Chakotay talk the same way.
Not sure if it's an easter egg, but it could be.
The poursuit Any Port in a Storm (PVP quest in Defiance) takes its name from a PVP Rift quest involving Port Scion.

Cant remember the name of the mission, but one of the later missions in San Fran has you tasked with destroying artillery guns. At the end as the explosions are going off, Torc turns around to look and Cooper tells him something along the lines of "dont you know you're not supposed to look at explosions".
Obvious ref to the Cool Guys Don't Look at Explosions video.
First off I hate this thread I've found like five Easter egg replays and 4 pages of complaints but to at least contribute instead of call the majority of you trollers if you die first in PvP you get a mini award at the end called red shirt a reference to Star Trek I believe
You are somewhat correct it actually refers to the Star Trek the original series and possibly the movies with Will Shatner as Kirk and Leonard Nimoy as Spock where when they went on an away mission person who was not a not a main cast member who was wearing a Red Shirt always died. So if they went on an away mission and a "Red Shirt" went along with them the "Red Shirt" usually died. Also sorry if this doesn't make any sense with the way I worded it, it is 3 A.M. where I am and my brain isn't in high capacity mode at the moment
ive heard the Halliwell manor from Charmed is somewhere in the game.
